This is the recipe.
Porikadalai – 400g
Sugar – 200g
Ghee – 100g
Coconut – 1 small
• Grind the porikadalai. Then sift it and keep it in a bowl.
• Grind the sugar roughly and keep it in a different bowl where you are going to mix all the ingredients.
• Grate the coconut and grind it only once without water and put it along with the sugar.
• Lightly heat the ghee, add it along with the sugar and coconut and mix them well.
• Then add the sifted porikadalai flour as well and mix nicely.
• Then make them into small balls.
I made them for Diwali they were scrumptious!
